We want everyone in the House of Deputies to feel safe and to be safe. And, we want you to know who you can contact if anything happens at any time and any place during General Convention that makes you feel unsafe or that you think someone should know about. Whether you are a deputy, alternate deputy, or volunteer in this House, there are several things you can do if you have any concerns about the behavior of anyone, including staff, bishops, deputies, alternate deputies, and volunteers.
First and foremost, tell someone. We will do everything we can to appropriately address the situation with your personal safety and comfort being the biggest concern.

Each one has many years of experience responding to all kinds of misconduct and safety issues in the Church.
You can also tell the chair of your deputation and/or your bishop. However, if they choose not to share the information with the President of the House of Deputies, she may not be unable to respond to the situation.
This information will also be available in the Office of the President in Room 331.

Reportando Preocupaciones en la Cámara de Diputados
Queremos que todos en la Cámara de Diputados se sientan seguros y permanezcan seguros. Y, queremos que sepan a quién puede contactar si sucede algo en cualquier momento o en cualquier lugar durante la Convención General que le hagan sentirse inseguro(a) o que crea usted que alguien debería saber. Ya sea que usted sea un(a) diputado(a), un(a) diputado(a) suplente o un(a) voluntario(a) en esta Cámara, hay varias cosas que puede hacer si tiene alguna preocupación sobre el comportamiento de alguien, incluyendo el personal, los obispos, los diputados, los diputados suplentes y los voluntarios.
En primer lugar, díselo a alguien. Haremos todo lo posible para abordar adecuadamente la situación, siendo su seguridad personal y su comodidad la mayor preocupación.

Cada uno tiene muchos años de experiencia respondiendo a todo tipo de mala conducta y problemas de seguridad en la Iglesia.
También puede decirle al Presidente(a) de su Diputación y / o a su Obispo(a). Sin embargo, si deciden no compartir la información con la Presidenta de la Cámara de Diputados, es posible que ella no pueda responder a la situación.
